Glasses Adjustments & Minor Repairs
We are here to help you keep your glasses fitting comfortably and working properly, even after you leave the office. We offer complimentary in-office assistance for:

- Nose pad replacements or adjustments
- Tightening loose screws
- Minor realignments
- Restoring comfort if frames become uneven or loose
If a repair requires replacement parts or more extensive work, our optical team will review options with you and recommend the best solution.

Because many lenses are processed on-site, some patients can receive their glasses significantly faster than traditional outside lab ordering. For more specialized prescriptions or lens designs, we may still use trusted outside laboratories. In these cases, typical turnaround time is usually about one week, depending on the prescription and lens type.
With an onsite lab, our optical team closely monitors the finishing process to ensure accuracy, clarity, and comfort. Every pair of glasses is checked carefully before being dispensed to the patient.
